Riu Jalisco Hotel Nuevo Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta

Our stay at the resort was overall enjoyable, especially with the excellent beach and fun activities. The room could have been better, as it was noisy and lacked comfort. The dining was generally good, with a good selection of food. However, the service hadits hiccups, especially during peak times at the bar. Still, we had a lovely holiday and would likely return!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful beaches and lots of family-friendly activities. However, the room issues and lack of personal service really dampened my stay. The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff is trying hard to make guests happy, but management seems to lack follow-through.

My experience at this hotel was fraught with issues, particularly with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, which really spoilt my holiday. The dining options were quite average, lacking in flavor and I often found myself seeking meals outside the resort. Despite the hard work from the staff, the management seemed indifferent to our concerns. On a brighter note, the location is convenient and the property has great potential.
